Our minds can be confusing places at times. Especially when it comes to issues of mental health. It may feel hard to talk about certain things with friends and loved ones for many reasons, and it can feel like there’s no way to escape these problems. I can offer you a safe, confidential space to help you make more sense of your situation, help you throw your problems into a new light and perhaps give you a new perspective on what’s going on for you. I work in a holistic way, which takes into account you as a whole person and not just a problem that needs to be treated.
I work in an integrative way, combining both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I have supported clients going through a range of problems, with a lot of experience working with: anxiety, depression, relationship troubles both platonic and romantic, self-esteem and bereavement. This is by no means an exhaustive list.
