I see clients with different mood or anxiety disorders. I work collaboratively with my clients to formulate their issues and identify their therapy goals. The clients may want to develop or regain their confidence after recent or early years of unpleasant experiences. Thye may have specific goals related to their specific presenting issues, such as managing their health anxiety better. I deliver mutually agreed formulation-driven interventions to improve their experiences to improve their quality of life.

I have experience working with a range of mood and anxiety disorders including; mild to severe depression, specific phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, health anxiety, panic disorder, non-specific anxiety, and PTSD. I deliver therapy incorporating CBT, EMDR, compassion-focused, and other integrative approaches.

I provide a safe environment for my clients to share their stories and difficulties. My clients feel listened to and validated. We work collaboratively in our sessions to grow our understanding of the issues and devise a plan together to overcome the problems.
