As a therapist I provide a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore and reflect about your thoughts, behaviour and your emotions outside your usual circles of family or friends with a trained professional whom you can trust to keep things completely confidential.
Talking about your issues and difficulties and working them through helps you to develop a new perspective and enables you to identify unconscious negative patterns that have stalled your development and growth. Gaining insight and more understanding enables to move on and to meet life’s challenges constructively and accomplish positive changes.
As we are all unique, my approach to therapy is an integrative one, which means that I draw on a range of knowledge and skills from different established theoretical backgrounds like Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Person Centred Therapy, DBT and Mindfulness. Most important however is that I work in an empowering way that is most suited to every client.
