I am a qualified counsellor and a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accreditted cognitive analytic therapist (CAT) and a EMDR therapist. I enjoy working with people from various ethnic, cultural and class backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ demographic, all age groups above 16.
I am particularly interested in working with migrants and expats, which is a demographic that I occupy, with people who have experienced developmental trauma and people who struggle in relationships and with forming helpful attachments with others.
My clients will have the opportunity to be in a non-judgmental space with me where they will be able to explore their feelings, circumstances and experiences in confidence in order to reach a positive outcome. I aim to help people understand their pain and distress, and improve their relationships with themselves and other people.
