I am a qualified psychotherapist with a background of training in psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy. I specialise in working with individuals through life transitions, depression, postnatal depression, identity crisis, and separation. My experience also involves relationship difficulties, trauma, and anxiety.
I am very passionate of the benefits counselling has to offer. with all clients I work uniquely depending on your reasons for therapy.
