I draw from various psychological concepts and theories in my therapeutic practice to work with your individual needs. However I believe the foundation for lasting positive change happens ultimately within the good collaboration between the client and the therapist. 'If we want to know ourselves better we have to pay attention to our relationships'
I can help you with anxieties and mood disorders by taking a little history and listening to what brings you to seeking therapy now. If we establish that we are happy to work together we can take it from there. Often a few sessions are enough to feel a sense relief and hope and sometimes longer term therapy is needed to attend to deeply rooted issues.
It is a privilege for me to be alongside my clients as I have immense respect for people who seek help to improve their lives.
