I spoke to a few therapists and went with who sounded the friendliest. Hello, I am Sarah Devine, and I am a qualified psychotherapist and trauma psychotherapist. I specialize in trauma, PTSD and complex, developmental PTSD.
I use many different approaches in the way I work, but don’t worry to much about that because part of my role with you is to assess your symptoms and difficulties and make a professional decision and judgement on what I believe would best suit your needs at this time. I will ensure to explain my justification and together we will build your treatment plan.
If you do have any specific treatment modality in mind, we can explore this together in the initial session. One important factor in the way I work is if, I believe you would be suited to an approach I am not trained in I will support you in finding someone who is.
