Are you looking for someone who can help you with issues that you may have found it difficult to talk about? It may be that things have come to a head and you realise that you need some help or they have been affecting you for some time and it now feels right to get some help. It may be that you want to make sense of things and are not quite sure how to describe the challenges you are facing. Every person’s challenges are unique however some of the broad areas in which I work with people include: trauma, attachment issues, bereavement & loss, stress, relationship difficulties, and work-related challenges.
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I use various methods and approaches. This may involve exploring past relationships or helping someone to connect with their emotions. I am also a workplace psychologist and coach which means that I have a very good understanding of the stresses and challenges one may face working within organisations.
