Feeling overwhelmed by not meeting your own or others expectations of you, feeling low or totally stressed out. Drinking too much? I can help. Worry and anxiety can come in many different forms and be caused by a lot of different reasons. Life isn’t always straight forward or easy. For example being a parent can be challenging and maintaining relationships sometimes suffer as a result of life’s ups and downs. Trying to find a way forward, having somewhere to speak about what is going on and getting it off your chest and then looking for solutions may be what you are after. Getting some answers and relief from what ever is going on.
I can help by going through all that is going on for you and help you to gain an understanding about it. By talking about it, that will help. In my experience getting it out is a great start. From there we will look at the what, how’s and why’s and then focus on helping you find a way forward so you can feel relief and ready to be who you want to be.
I understand from my own life experience, that things don’t always go how we plan. Knowing how things have been from my perspective is how i start working with you.
