I offer an integrative approach drawing on models such as CBT to work with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and personality difficulties. Also, those who have been diagnosed with or think they have traits of the following; Autism Spectrum Condition/Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
You are a unique person, separate from your difficulties, who doesn't fit into a generalised 'tidy' tick box explanation. Together we can build an individualised understanding of your experiences which help us answer the question "what's happened to me?", rather than "what is wrong with me?", and find the best way to work towards change.
