I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist with a background in culture, arts and economics.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from WPF Therapy, Roehampton University, a Foundation Course in Psychoanalysis at the Institute of Psychoanalysis in London, Certificates in Trauma Therapy and Safeguarding and worked as an Associate Psychotherapist with young people and students at a university. I am a certified Reflective Group

Facilitator trained at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I offer EMDR Therapy. Whether it is the pressure of everyday life, issues from the past, being overwhelmed by challenging emotions, atypical behaviour, or solely wanting to understand yourself better, you don’t have to do this on your own. I am available for in-person /online therapy.
