I am unable to accept new clients before 3rd June 2024. For you to be reading this something in your life has become difficult and you have recognised you need to talk to someone. I am a good listener and I can help you explore the things in your life that are confusing and painful. When life becomes difficult underlying issues often come to the surface such as low self-esteem and not feeling good enough. These may be disrupting your relationships, causing you to withdraw and feel alone, or lost, depressed or anxious and overwhelmed. These are things I am able to work on with you.
I found many of my clients were affected by trauma. To help these clients more effectively I did 2 yrs study in trauma counselling. This enables me to offer trauma-informed counselling to help with the difficulties these experiences can cause.
I am able to help with all kinds of problems, working with the presenting situations but also exploring the underlying issues so you understand yourself better and have ways to cope with future set backs. If you have experienced trauma I can work with you to understand what is happening for you, reduce symptoms and move into recovery.
