10+ years in practice (25years mental health support). Are you coming out/transitioning? Navigating polyamory/non monogamy? Queer? LGBT+? Questioning? When we're unable to safely be our authentic selves we experience poor mental health and may suffer with stress, anxiety, low mood and relationship difficulties. You'll find a confidential, exploratory, listening space welcoming of diversity so you can relax and get on with addressing what's going on for you.
Experienced around a wide range of issues, I specialise in supporting those who are diverse around their gender, sexuality and/or relationships or are questioning-both adults and young people. I hold a Masters in Gender & Sexuality, Pink Therapy adv. accreditation and BACP senior accreditation so you can be assured of a high quality, professional service.
It can feel hard to start counselling for the first time, or to reach out after a bad experience. I'm here to make the process as welcoming as possible. You can be sure of a warm, ethical, professional experience that respects your individuality. Clinical (qualified) supervision for counsellors (inc. trainees) and workplaces is also available.
