Hello, I'm Deb Haynes and I hope that I can help you. I work primarily with children and families, but also with individuals. I use a person centred approach and other techniques which I have trained in such as play therapy. Some of the stressful issues that a lot of people experience are, anxiety, bereavement (including pet bereavement), trauma, behavioural/trust issues, self-esteem issues, self-harming and harmful sexualized behaviour issues. Being able to talk to someone in a calm space may be all you need to cope with your problems, but what if it isn't enough? Then I can offer more, tailor the therapy to your needs, and help you to gain the skills to help you to move forward. Even if its scary, painful, annoying, I can be there to help you, even provide my own to ears to chew off!
