I can help you to bring clarity to a situation and help you to move forward with confidence. I follow the BACP ethical framework and am bound by its guidelines to work with your best interests. Provided counselling for the NHS and charities such as Cruse Bereavement and Barnsley Bereavement.
In private practice for several years, I have experience in a variety of treatments and continue ongoing training both in psychology and counselling in order to bring about change in a safe, quick and friendly manner. Giving you the ability to feel confident that "someone gets you" and can help you with the very thing that is feeling so very heavy at times.
Having a down to earth and approachable manner, I will ensure the therapeutic relationship is the right one for you. Building a strong connection based on trust, honesty and working in your best interest to help heal and rebuild possible past troubles and encourage growth of self all within a safe setting.
