I am a qualified integrative therapist, supervisor, and registered MNCPS (Acc.) & MBACP based in Barnsley/Sheffield, working face-to-face and online. A naturally relaxed, warm, and reflective individual, I aim to provide non-judgemental, encouraging support, and to assist in exploring and moving forward with issues causing you difficulty. My experience includes working as a counsellor for services within the charity sector, and with clients experiencing a wide range of issues.
I use an integrative approach that is predominantly relational and person-centred, and that draws from a range of theories, specialist skills, knowledge and techniques in an effort to be as flexible as possible to the needs of each particular individual, and which is expressed in a distinctly empathic, genuine, non-directive way of working.
