My practise focuses on an integrative approach which means I tailor make bespoke solutions to fit individual clients' specific needs. My experiences have enabled me to understand people from multiple backgrounds, age groups and diversities.
I am here to help. Through the process of counselling my clients have rediscovered themselves, understood where their challenges came from and developed their meaning and purpose of life. I know the first step is the hardest but making that first step can be the start of an amazing journey.
