I an expert anxiety therapist who works using Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Walk & Talk Therapy in Bolton, Wigan and online. I specialise in working with anxiety and sleep issues, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) and panic attacks. I also work with many other issues including self-esteem, phobias, addictions, negative habits and more.

At Talking Steps Therapy you are able to overcome your difficulties in a gentle, compassionate and non-judgemental environment whilst understanding why you feel the way you do.

I work by listening to your needs and understanding them. Working with you to establish a clear set of goals that are manageable and achievable.
