Finding the right counsellor can be tricky, especially if you're feeling low. I am a calm, warm and open counsellor, who aims to ensure you feel comfortable and secure as soon as possible. I work in a way that emphasises your autonomy, with the aim to promote improved mental health and attain therapeutic outcomes set by you. Previously, I have worked with clients who have experienced grief, depression, loss, trauma, self-harm and other mental health issues. I am open to all clients looking to understand themselves more fully as they navigate their complex lives.
As a person-centred therapist, I understand that you know more about your life than I will, and rather than positioning myself as an automatic expert on your situation, I'll walk alongside you on your journey towards goals that you set. I aim to facilitate a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship with you in every moment.

I want to be a part of helping you get where you want to be, as a thoughtful companion rather than a judgemental authority.
