I can support you if you're experiencing challenges such as relational trauma, anxiety, depression, stress or bereavement, amongst others. I will be led by you in terms of the pace and topics we discuss and this can help you learn new ways to cope with day-to-day difficulties.
I've had a lot of experience creating supportive relationships to empower people to get through difficult times and change their lives for the better, first as a support worker and as an advisor, supporting people to receive legal aid to protect them from domestic abuse and homelessness.
When you contact me, we'll discuss what you would like help with and any questions you may have. Then, if you're happy, we'll arrange a session at a time that's good for you.
