Hi.. I am an experienced Counsellor specialising in Relationship issues for Individuals and Couples. I'm caring and don't mind swearing, which is handy, because people often do... I work from a lovely private room in Totnes, or Online drawing on different techniques and experience into a holistic, caring approach. Talking helps to gain understanding, perpective and insight into issues, and for clients who wish to work on the more sub-conscious patterns and historical issues which are usually at the root of our stories, I provide a range of effective techniques that help to move things forward effectively
In relationship issues, we might explore new ways of communicating our needs and feelings, creating boundaries, or dealing with disruptive patterns. In one's relationship to oneself, I work with many areas like confidence, self esteem, childhood issues, and existential matters like purpose, identity, and self change.
I am friendly and informal and work with a nurturing focus, I dont push things, but I do encourage different perspectives and gently challenge belief patterns and offer fresh ideas. I really care about my clients and am 100% alongside you to support you on the journey. Prices are £40 for an individual, and £60 for a couple for an hour and 10 minute session
