I work with clients with various challenges including; stress, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, anger, relationship/work issues, depression and bereavement (loss). By listening and using tools and positive challenge, I highlight patterns and ways of thinking, giving moments of clarity for clients to make changes in their life and their view of it.
