| español Hi, I’m Daniela and for the past 7 years I have helped people make changes so they can live more fulfilling and joyful lives. Growing up in a high conflict environment I became curious about psychology to learn alternatives way to communicate , that didn’t end in an argument . This led me to train as a therapist and later as a systemic practitioner at Tavistock , as I understand how people can’t be viewed in isolation but as part of a broader network. I believe that the key to creating lasting change is in improving the quality of our relationships and noticing the patterns that makes us feel stuck .
I have worked delivering 1 to 1 and group therapy within the NHS , at Oasis project and Self Space . I am an HCPC accredited therapist and trained systemic practitioner. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused.In addition , I use the creative arts when appropriate to help you communicate things that might be hard to express in words.
We'll work together as a team, exploring the patterns and dynamics that may be impacting your life. I'm here to listen, understand, and help you discover new perspectives and strategies for navigating challenges. I offer sessions is English and in Spanish.
