I'm Daniel and thank you for visiting my page here. Whether its counselling or psychotherapy you are here for, all my clients including you will be treated with the upmost respect and have the peace of mind all sessions are in the strictest of confidence. I work with clients that are neuro diverse, from ADHD/ADD to sensory overload. I also work with clients that are at a cross road in their lives and looking to rediscover 'meaning' in their lives. To expand my skills around trauma/PTSD work, In 2023 I became an EFT Practioner that helps clients to reprogram/heal from trauma that may stem from childhood or relationship abuse.
I help my clients who have become stuck or are feeling trapped by their environment including the challenges life is throwing at them. Clients that come to see me are looking to achieve some form of change/healing, working together my clients move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
Just being here, looking for a therapist is a huge first step. Being upfront there are no shortcuts to healing, but we walk this path together shoulder to shoulder as you build the inner strength and resources to soothe, grow and depend on yourself. When the work is done we will both know and we will work to a meaningful ending of our working alliance.
