I offer one-to-one psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential setting. This form of therapy focuses carefully on what you bring, while seeking different ways of listening to, and understanding what those concerns might mean. The aim is to address what's beneath the surface so that long-lasting change can flourish.
