I am a qualified and BACP registered Counsellor, and CBT Therapist. I have a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MSc in Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy.

We may look at how you relate to yourself, others, your thoughts and establish healthier alternatives.
