I bring more than just academic qualifications to counselling. I also bring my experience from my previous career as a broadcaster to create a unique therapeutic offer. As an integrative therapist I am ready to guide you on your personal path to wellbeing. My style is informal and welcoming. I don't just hear what you have to tell me, I listen and help you find your path by fostering a creative and positve theraputic alliance.
I will work with you using a variety of therapy methods at my disposal. Whether it is CBT, Gestalt, Person Centred or another modality, I aim to find the right therapy methods to get to the heart of your issue, and help you find a way out of the problem - and crucially a way forward.
