Counselling can provide you with help and support if you are going through a difficult time. Coming to counselling may feel daunting, but actually is a sign of strength, and is often the first brave step towards finding a stronger sense of self and inner peace.
As a trained psychodynamic counsellor, I offer a safe non-judgmental and confidential environment, where you can feel comfortable and at ease in expressing and exploring your feelings. We would work together to make sense of your emotions, and with reflection, work out the best path to move forward.
I appreciate that each person is completely individual, and so will find the most appropriate approach that considers your particular life circumstances. My aim is to listen carefully to your feelings and tailor the approach and work at a pace that makes sense for you.
