I have 26 years’ experience as a therapist. I specialize in working with people with trauma and attachment related problems which can manifest in the following ways: addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, dissociation and self-esteem etc. In addition to standard therapy, I am trained in EMDR, which is a therapy used to treat PTSD/Trauma.
I know that reaching out to a therapist can be a scary step. To begin to talk about experiences and feelings that are distressing and confusing with a therapist takes courage.
