We all get stuck, lost and don't know which path to take at times. We often then get into patterns to help us manage, we stop doing things that make us anxious, we drink or eat more for example, but these behaviours don't always connect with the person we want to be or the life we want to live. I want to help you to get back to the things that matter to you. I offer 1:1 online and The Space to Be outdoor therapy groups to children, young people and adults. Nature is a powerful ally in therapy and having fun and creating provides opportunities to learn skills that can positively impact on your day to day life now and future growth.

Who am I? There was a time when I struggled to answer that very question, Today I am able to say I am Ginny Lewis and I'm a Person centred Psychotherapist. There was a time in my life of uncertainty, I didn’t know where to begin to understand how or what I was feeling, within a safe therapeutic space I was able to begin the Journey to meet myself. Having been a client receiving Person Centred Therapy I experienced first had how the right conditions being created enabled me to grow, the positive effect it had and continues to have within me enables me to here today for others.

My name is Julie and I love living in the city, the hustle and bustle of life and human connection. I worked in hospitality management for 25 years and understand the pressures of working full time while running a business and a home. I believe that therapy should be an open space for us to come together and work out what is going on and how you can make some changes to make life better.

Are you at that stage of knowing that something’s wrong, you’re unhappy, maybe knowing what the problem is, but not how to fix it? Maybe you know that you need someone to listen, understand, ‘get’ you, but you also want things to change. You might be suffering from anxiety, unwanted anger or low mood/depression, have social anxiety, low confidence or low self-esteem. You may be having a difficulty with a relationship or a situation. You may have issues caused by childhood trauma or more recent traumatic events, panic attacks, fear of driving/ flying or phobias. Or perhaps there’s nothing obvious; you just want more from your life.

My Background I worked in the corporate sector for 25 years, running my own recruitment business and deriving great satisfaction from the challenge of this industry. However, over time, I noticed how people can end up feeling trapped, overburdened by mental health issues that they didn’t feel they could communicate to others. I also struggled in my own way, which is what led me to learn as much as possible about personal development – a journey that began in 1993. Since then, I have always wanted to dedicate myself to educating those experiencing the same issues and supporting them manage their well-being more effectively. As
