I'm a Clinical Psychologist with 8 years of experience in working therapeutically, with extensive training in psychological therapy. I can offer a bespoke experience by integrating different types of therapies to find what is most suitable to you. Approaches I tend to use include, ACT, CFT, CBT, Systemic and Narrative Therapy. I'm here to listen and help make sense of what you are going through in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're an adult or adolescent, I can work with you to help change your life in a way that's meaningful to you.
We can focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, stress, relationships, managing emotions, functional symptoms/pain or living with a physical health condition. Together we'll develop a compass to help find a sense of purpose and navigate the things that life throws in your direction with lots of playfulness, curiosity and empathy.
Accessing therapy can feel daunting, well done on taking the first step! I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist who can provide a safe space for individuals to explore who they are, what they want from life, and develop the confidence to take steps towards this.
