Hi, I’m Craig. I’m an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and Yoga Teacher, based in Manchester. I care about helping people navigate those sticky and uncomfortable moments in life. For most of my adult life, I’ve felt a pull towards the helping professions. This pull led me to the realms of counselling, psychotherapy and yoga. I’ve found the tools and skills from these realms transformative in my own development and growth, and in others. I take an integrative approach, bringing concepts, skills and techniques from the psychotherapeutic, yogic and spiritual spheres.
When working together we’ll build a therapeutic relationship which will serve you in the best possible way. I believe we all have the knowledge and wisdom to bring healing into our lives. I will do my best to encourage you to flourish and grow by creating an environment where you can gently, safely and kindly exist.
I offer in-person sessions on Monday, within the centre of Manchester (M1 6DN), and online sessions Tuesday to Friday, via Zoom. Sessions are 50 minutes long, can be on a short (single session) or long-term basis and cost £60. I offer a free 10-minute Zoom session to allow us both to connect and for any questions to be answered.
