Hello, I’m Lauren, I'm a counsellor in Bagshot near Camberley. Are you finding life difficult? Feeling anxious, stressed or low? Maybe you have found that you are struggling with your relationships? I can offer a space for you to explore your feelings and process what is happening in your life. As well as building up your self esteem and moving towards a self accepting place. As a Humanistic Counsellor, I use different counselling approaches and techniques which allow me to work with a variety people and needs. I am committed to providing a non-judgemental environment and a safe space for my clients to talk freely allowing them to explore their feelings. I have experience working with drug and alcohol use.
My approach to counselling is wholly based around my client’s needs. I provide a warm and non-judgemental environment where you can explore what is happening in your life. You will always be met with a smile and understanding.
