I work with men mainly (but anybody) who struggles with anger issues. Do you struggle with your anger? Wonder why you get so angry so quickly, going from 0 to 100 within a split second? Ever wanted to work on this because it has ruined relationships, you may have lost a job through your anger or lost friends/family because they can't deal with your outbursts? If this is you then I want to help you. Anger can make us lonely and unhappy - let me help you deal with it in a more healthy way so you can become a happier person in yourself and build those relationships you may have lost/ruined.
I will help you to understand where your anger is coming from - what lies underneath it. Once we have discovered this and we have an awareness of your triggers then we can work on changing how you react to these things. Gaining the understanding is the easy bit! Then comes the hard work of learning a new way to react but I will offer you strategies to try.
I have a passion for working with anger since I used to teach Anger Management Courses. I have seen men more relaxed and living happier lifes because they now understand what triggers them and can deal with it in a better way. I am not promising to cure you of your anger but I will help you live with it in a way that allows you to have better relationships.
