Life can be a rollercoaster at times and when we are faced with tough times it can be difficult to manage our feelings or even locate what we are feeling and why. Sometimes we can feel stuck, lost, numb or alone in our pain, I can offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your difficulties, free from judgement. I am a warm and friendly person and I aim to provide the conditions needed for you to feel confident enough to allow me to journey with you to move forward positively.
I have worked closely with adults with learning difficulties and I have specialist training in gambling addictions. I work with a range of issues and tailor therapeutic interventions to you specifically, as I believe that one way does not fit all. I work with you at your pace to explore and understand yourself within a trusting and genuine relationship :)
Reaching out when things are challenging is a courageous positive step towards making changes. I believe you have the capacity to grow towards the fulfilment of your unique identity.
