Hello, welcome to my page. I am an experienced therapist, fluent in English and French, specialised in counselling Autistic individuals aged 16+ and couples where one or both partners are Autistic. I am Autistic myself. I offer counselling to parents, carers. I run a group for young people and adults age 18+ on the more independent end of the spectrum called GAP-Giving Autistics power. Please contact me if you are interested in attending. I also offer more general counselling for issues like depression and anxiety. I offer face to face and online counselling Please Note : I will reply to weekend enquiries on Mondays.
I am passionate about Autism acceptance. Using my personal and professional experience, I aim to help you talk about and make sense of the feelings you may be experiencing created by the daily difficulties of being on the Autism spectrum.
