Life is bumpy and we sometimes need a bit of extra support to make sense of what is going on around us and the issues we have to deal with. I offer a supportive and confidential environment to work together to see how things are feeling for you and how you might want to look at changes or cope with changes that are out of your control. You might be coping with family changes, relationship issues, stress at work, bereavement or feeling overcome with anxiety which could be leading to some unhelpful coping habits. We can work together in a supportive, non-judgemental way.

I work in an integrative way with a broad range of issues. When we meet, I'll hear from you about what has brought you to therapy and you can see whether you feel this will be a space to build a therapeutic relationship which feels safe for you to be open.

I have my own experiences as a parent, partner and daughter, as well as a background in the performing arts and broadcasting. I also have knowledge of high stakes city jobs and high pressure environments and I know how important it is to feel that you can reach out to someone in confidence. I can meet face to face or online.
