My name is Cathryn and I am a person centered counsellor who specialises in Bereavement, Grief and Loss. As a person centered therapist my aim is to help you navigate your way through what you are struggling with. My aim is to help you by providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and provide some clarity and insights into what you may be struggling with. By working together we can discover what works best for you so you can lead a more peaceful life.
I specialize in bereavement and loss as it can bring up a of range of emotions that can be difficult to process. We all grieve differently and uniquely sometimes this can be difficult to navigate on our own.
