No issue or worry is ever unworthy of therapy and you should never feel alone or like you have no one to talk to. Each individual has problems that are relative to their own life and therefore my Therapy is not just a 'one size fits all' model. Using my professional experience, coupled with my passion and empathy, every person is treated as an individual from within a space that is safe, secure and totally free of all judgement and stigma.
I have experience across a broad range of mental health issues and as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I offer an Integrative approach. This essentially means that I adapt to suit the needs of each client and can include modalities such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Mindfulness & Humanistic therapy when appropriate
