Do you need specialist help with anxiety, stress or mood probIems? I have practised as a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Supervisor for over twenty years and draw on my wide-ranging experience and training to determine the best approach to suit your individual needs and situation so that I can help you improve your life. As a CBT Therapist I will aim to not only help you understand your difficulties, but to actively make changes, using evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a warm and non-judgmental relationship.
I offer help with all types of anxiety problems including panic, phobias, worry, social and health anxiety, PTSD (Post-traumatic-Stress-Disorder) and OCD. Furthermore, I provide CBT for stress, low mood and self-esteem as well as a range of other difficulties with emotions, behaviours (such as eating or the use of substances) and physical health.
The starting point of my work with you will be to come to a joint and compassionate understanding of where your problems may have come from, but also what keeps them going. This is so we can try and work directly towards the changes you want for yourself in the here and now.
