Some clients come to see me because of anxiety and stress, or are struggling with a lack of confidence and low self-esteem. Others come to therapy with relationship issues, such as, workplace challenges, loneliness, breakups, or loss. Sometimes, people come for personal development, feeling lost, stuck, or powerless. Working through challenges alone is difficult. Together we can help you manage how you feel, develop your inner resources, and explore the choices you have. Our time together is confidential and we work at your own pace.
Alongside talking therapy, I can bring in other practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Together we will identify the difficulties you are experiencing, explore their impact on your life and foster new perspectives and strategies to find a way forward. Developing a sense of agency and self-direction leads to more fulfilment in your life.
I'm warm, empathic and work relationally. Using a straightforward style, I tailor my approach to allow your needs to guide our work.
