Hello, I’m Claudia, I am a Psychotherapist based in Bounds Green, London. My approach is warm, authentic and relationship-led. I am most interested in the connections we make with one another and how good connections can lead to a healthier, happier life. I have a special interest and experience working with people in the fashion, media and music industry. I specialise in relationship, attachment issues, codependence, love addiction, burn out and HSPs.

I offer both short & long-term therapy - using an integrative approach. This means that depending on your concerns, I will adopt a therapeutic perspective that we think will be most fitting & helpful for you. I specialise in Transpersonal Therapy & Mindfulness but also frequently draw on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

I offer free phone consultations. Following the consultation, our initial appointment is an opportunity for us to explore a little about your life story and what has brought you to therapy. You are welcome to tell me as much or as little as you wish. By the end of the session we can agree on how best to proceed, discussing goals and the therapeutic approach.
