I offer person centered (talking therapy) where I provide a safe space for you to look into issues / challenges such as self worth, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, childhood/adult trauma, worry, relationships , low mood, workplace issues, loss of self, self esteem & bereavement. Each person's difficulties are unique to them. I am here to work with you.
I offer long and short term therapy. This depends on you as the individual. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly. The sessions are unique to each person. The counselling relationship will always be genuine , non judgemental and client focused.
