Hello, and welcome! If you are suffering from anxiety, depression or grief then I may be able to help. I believe it is important for you to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and feel safe opening up to. I understand that it might be difficult to take your first step into counselling and I will work with you to support you through the process. I work face to face out of clinics in Sanderstead and Croydon, I also offer online sessions.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) with a first class BA Honours degree in Integrative Relational Counselling. This means that I am able to work with you combining different theoretical approaches that best suit our work together.
I have previously worked for the NHS with adults and young adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I have also worked for a bereavement charity. My expertise includes work with bereavement and loss including child loss, loss to suicide, miscarriage and infertility. As well as working with low mood, depression, anxiety, self-harm and perfectionism.
