Hello, my name is Claire. I am an experienced counsellor that can work with you safely and at your own pace on your self understanding and healing.
I am integratively trained across Psychodynamic, CBT and Humanistic therapies as well as being an NLP practitioner for over 10 years. Offering short or long term help. I appreciate that the idea of therapy can be unsettling. I offer a 20 minute phone/video chat to put your mind at ease and answer any questions you may have about the therapy I offer.
