When life gets difficult or you are faced with challenges, I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to discuss issues that are impacting your life. Providing a space for you to share and reflect on emotional, mental, and behavioural issues that may be troubling or difficult to work through; I will help you gain an insight in to your unconscious thoughts, behaviours and emotions. Through gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, you can begin to feel more in control of your inner world, develop new perspectives, and acquire more helpful ways of coping and relating to others.
I have experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues and offer both short-term and open-ended therapy. Some of the areas include: anxiety and depression; trauma and loss; relationship difficulties; work-related issues; ADHD; identity and self esteem; life stages including adolescence, menopause, mid life and older age.
