Seeking psychological therapy can be a daunting process with so many options. I offer a non-judgmental, evidence-based therapy space for adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. Please do get in touch for a free consultation to decide if I can support you in your journey.
I use a trauma-informed approach supporting people in working with difficulties which might include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, single and multiple traumas, and personality difficulties. I specialise in working with adults, utilising Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and attachment theory.
