I practice a non-directive approach to counselling. During counselling, I will aim to hear you completely and carefully and with acceptance. I value diversity, and will seek to respect your values, choices and culture. I seek to provide a safe and facilitative therapeutic relationship, within which you feel unconditionally accepted and deeply understood.
My own experience as both a client and a therapist has shown me that when people are met in this way, they will find within them the ability to move through difficulty and find their own way forward. I will endeavor to be alongside you whatever you wish to explore. I offer video call or audio online counselling via Doxy or if you prefer email counselling.

Groups
Online group for survivors of sexual violence
12 week online support group for female, non-binary (AFAB) and trans female survivors of sexual violence. The group will form in the first session, making an agreement of how we want to work together, and thinking about what members wish to get out of the group. The following group sessions will be structured to facilitate the wishes of each group, and will be closed to new participants after the first session. I have group facilitation training and 6 years experience of facilitating sexual violence support groups in a sexual violence support centre. Groups are for 8 and 12 participants.
