I offer online help and support when you need it most, in a compassionate, non-judgmental and confidential sessions. I teach counselling several days a week so offer sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturdays. Understanding that need varies, I offer 40mins - £30.00, 50mins - £35.00, and 2hr crisis therapy at £70.00 . If you have awful feelings that have taken all the joy out of life, maybe even stop you from thinking life is worth living, I'm asking you to give therapy a try because often, using small steps, given the right support, things can and do get better.
I have years of multi-cultural experience counselling individuals and couples Neuro-diverse brains run in my family, so I am familiar with and take an active interest in supporting adults that suspect they are, or are diagnosed with such things as ADHD and Dyslexia. I have also been a home educating parent and supported some 60 local home ed families.
Knowing how difficult therapy can be, it is so important to me that anyone contacting me for therapy knows that I have made some huge mistakes in my life.
