I work with relationships, fertility struggles, new parenthood, health challenges and loss. Some experiences in life are just hard to navigate. They may pull the rug out from under us and leave us wondering which way is up. I offer compassionate therapy to help you come to terms with such difficulties and find your inner resources to cope.
I offer a space where you can feel heard and understood and gain insight into yourself and your experiences. I will listen to what you are looking for - e.g. emotional support; figuring out how to cope with difficulties; changing a pattern of behaviour - and tailor my approach. Clients often say they feel liberated, lighter and more at ease.
